Yes it has been a while between blogs. Many things have been happening, but the latest exciting fashion photography I have had the joy of shooting is the one for Mayfair Diamond Jewellers. The client wanted a specific style of photo which I was more than happy to ablige. See for yourself, below are just a couple of the images.
Well it has been a while yet again. Its amazing how time flies by when you are busy shooting Commercial Photography on the Gold Coast.
I had a call the other day from an old client from years ago, wanting some updated natural modelling shots done. I was only allowed to shoot with natural light and she wasnt allowed to wear makeup etc…
So with that in mind I found a nice little nook at her place and shot away. I hope you like them.
It began when I walked into my local bar Bread & Butter, I was amazed by the retro look of the place…. I just have to do a fashion photography shoot here I thought to myself.
Not long after I had found this little gem of a place I had a call from a client looking for something a little different. The lightbulb went off in my head Bread & Butter.
So I organised it with the owners of the bar to set up a fashion shoot, sorted out the clothing with the model and the makeup. Everything went so well, as you can see from the following images:

This was a personal shoot, Substance leant me the clothes. On this shoot we were stopped many times by passers by asking what we were shooting for. In one of the shots Christy the Model had a chuppa chub, and she told the country guys that thats who we were shooting for. What a laugh…
This was shoot for a models portfolio, gotta love what we put them through sometimes.
Here was a shoot for an advertising company, we sure did some strage things to our poor models, like sticking them inside the actual panel (it was a very tight fit, especially for the male model)
